Is everything unbranded?
Yes. There are no Lumière logos, tags or cards. Each piece comes in a plain pouch, ready for your own branding.
How does pricing work?
Wholesale pricing depends on the pieces and quantities you choose. Send a request and we'll share a quote after a quick conversation.
How long until my order ships?
It depends on the order. Tell us your deadline and we'll do our best to have everything ready by then. Allow at least 14 days.
How do reorders work?
Once you've placed a first order, reordering is easy: send a new request or message us. If you restock regularly, we can set up a standing order on a monthly or seasonal schedule so your best sellers never run out. We'll agree the details together.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every piece goes through a careful quality check before it ships. If something still arrives damaged, we'll replace it, as long as you send us a replacement request within 10 days of delivery.
Will pieces look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Every gemstone is natural, so colour, pattern and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. That's what makes each one unique.
What sizes do bracelets come in?
It depends on what you order. Tell us the pieces you're interested in and we'll confirm the available sizes with your quote.
Can I order samples first?
Absolutely. You can place a paid sample order first, so you can see the quality in person before committing to a full order.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
We ship across Canada, and we'll include the shipping cost in your quote. Outside Canada? Send us a request and we'll work it out together.
Do loose stones come with certificates?
Yes. We provide certificates from GIA, GRS or AGL on request.
